Airam Santiago Roque Guerra

I am a biotechnologist with a Master's degree in Biochemistry, Molecular Biology, and Biomedicine and a teaching qualification. My academic background has fostered a strong interest in understanding the causes and etiologies of diseases that currently pose a challenge to society, such as cancer and degenerative diseases. During my studies, I gained experience in various biomedical research laboratories, working with molecular biology techniques, genetic engineering, and the analysis and processing of experimental data, among other areas. I hope that this PhD on the mechanisms of liver fibrosis will be the start of a promising research career.
